The trustees of Speke Baptist Church hereby give notice that the Church intends to amend its charitable purposes so that they reflect the Church’s current purposes and activities.
The proposed new objects for the Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) are:
The Objects of the CIO are, for the public benefit: 4.1 the advancement of the Christian faith according to the principles of the Baptist denomination; and 4.2 to advance education and carry out such other charitable purposes in the United Kingdom and/or other parts of the world.
